Before any AI model is called, user input is scanned against a deterministic regex engine for critical emergencies (e.g. chest pain, suicidal ideation). If triggered, the AI is bypassed entirely and the user is directed to call 112.
All messages are sanitized locally. Phone numbers, emails, IBANs, and National IDs are masked before leaving the device infrastructure.
